What is it? That this blessed 2010 we served to filter, to debug, to polarize and to identify those who were not really pulling ahead, but taking water for its own story. We purified and no longer have to carry the weight of all subtracting at every turn, insulted, subjected to systematic, threatening, cheating and swearing (always behind the cowardly obvious), never with a specific proposal, much less with a project change. We are now lighter and you know who is who in this world. No doubt the path will be easier and bearable.
Those who keep their heads high and we can still look your neighbor in the eye because we have a clean soul, follow from this and many other places, driving real change. Not omitting a single word which should not be silent or be exposed to avoid exposing ... Because in the end will fall by themselves ... And we will not stop until that moment ... Word of honor (that there's hardly one pharmacist).

But that never mattered, because we move to the end.

There are no projects, no plans or horizons of change for the profession ... There is even a political plan, something so basic that should accompany any drive. Something that even we have those who do not belong to "that" system we have. And keep writing

Is it coincidence or causality that more employees request the pharmacy, pharmacy students pharmacists that true?

Frustration- Card Game
UNCOMBED.

It is well known, and even more predictable that the bill is passed immediately to someone who is front, honest and "upset" by his "not politically correct" with the ruling leadership. And believe me it is.
And paradoxically, as the criticisms, questions and queries they never knew or wanted to respond, were also those who believe they are haciedo opposition and who are officers in many other districts, also from them I have received consistently demonstrated hostility and trying to escape from one of the most stunning things we have at hand if you want to build in earnest: the dialogue.

As has historically occurred at the level of national government in Argentina, also in our profession and its leadership in power, has tried to silence, stop, stop growing, fouling and despestrigiar (always behind) to all those colleagues who have pursued an ideal of healthy profession and for all, enabling and differentiating all those who bet on the mediocrity blowing smoke and trying to keep us entertained with trifles, while the profession to benefit looted of its own coffers. We have always irritated that we, who question, those who propose different ways, which expose them to all and we call things by their name, without detours.
Are not they too like the last 20 years of our country and our beloved profession of pharmacy? To my humble opinion, identical ... If you do not end up with the "sandwich and coke x one vote" or maybe a little more "fashion" at the counters of pharmacies, a "mirror of color x one vote, nothing will improve and inevitably disappear as we are , health professionals, so far, not much more, irreplaceable.

All the success and best wishes to my colleagues in the call for tomorrow, Saturday 25 / 9 in the Capital. Hopefully serve as a starting point for something different, where virgin pharmaceutical services to be able to impose their voices be heard, apart from the passivity and fear that have been brought up here as a backpack paralyzing. But colleagues who are unconnected with the powers of any kind. No more verbal anesthesia of the current leaders of COFA, Fefara, Schools, Chambers, Mandatory or unions.

And what is even worse, the referral of the case to a union that nothing should have to do with our pharmacists, but dealing with "group and defend" the pharmacy employees "no pharmaceuticals."
But hey, this is what you get. Like repeatedly heard from their own mouths, now "bleached" in its editorial. Will they believe that this maybe the lava or exemption from blame?
Well on the contrary, does nothing to demonstrate that instead of SET and defend the professional fees, give us hands and feet tied to what they "suggest" a union that the only thing aim is to have the largest number of pharmacy chains or franchises disguised as false properties, so as to absorb as much of pharmacists in "relationship of dependency," probably under-employed and working in deplorable conditions, quietly, in silence, without raising their voices and allowing them to close the "numbers" Cadeneros both their employers and the union of these capitas depends ... And not forgetting the "contribution" to the college tuition that will generate ...

How Long Does It Take Neosporin To Work
A real example ... which would not have wanted to know ...
Today I have a story that I think will be interesting for its undeniable force in regard to our current professional and because I guess I will paint the picture on the decision-making when choosing whether or head down to leave a job in which one sees convincingly that abut underpaid and delayed.
A pharmacist who works at a drugstore in a major city of the country (Argentina) than when he had to sit down and renegotiate their professional fees with the manager of the company with questions having to do with common sense (inflation, constant price adjustments, increased cost of living, etc.) only received a negative kind of "disguised" as a pretext or excuse. Read: "Look, we entered into a contract with a definite number for one year, I have no the blame for inflation, blah, blah, blah ... at most I can compensate you with 10% for July and August 2010
...". If we also note that this pharmacist was receiving his fee (against invoice issued as monotributistas, ie all amounts had retirement , social work and registered at your expense), completely out of place, and even months after the agreement, no choice but to describe this situation as absolutely shameful and unbearable, and not given another chance to start immediately colleague departure.
Even the manager of the company, had the least common sense to realize that this drugstore was open, enabled and working thanks to your pharmacist who is the Head Coach of it and without it, none of this would exist and all employees would even work. So it is very sad that this professional realizes that when making adjustments, whether their own fees which fall first, denying the corresponding increase.
On the other hand, and be a pharmacist word that does not erase his arm he writes by hand, did not go to the unions, as they always considered non-professional pharmacists, and thus claiming lived particular negotiation and staff of each pharmacist to your employer, in defense of a decent minimum fee, and the passivity and corruption of the professional associations that should have been those who regulate. Some feelings prior to the convening of all pharmacists in the country of 09/25/1910 ...
We have all been visited repeatedly by the leadership in times obterner election campaigns for our vote. None of us had more news of these same characters, at least at the institutional level, since in many cases have been involved in scandals embarrassing for the profession.
Most of us have very clear that we never received any help or support when we need it, even when they had requested, despite the lies heard as "Come to participate, have the doors open."
hypocrisy, deceit, inaction and looting at the expense of our own professional life was the only thing we received from those who "claim to represent."
I think these feelings are common to most of my colleagues.
