The big difference between the Province of Santa Fe and Buenos Aires in the first is that no one dares to debate, fear and paralyze all assume that the only salvation is to get on the ark the ruling (Fefara) or the opposition is still mostly at the country level (Crow) and here in the 2nd district at least is represented by the Pharmaceutical Benefits Circle.

And paradoxically, as the criticisms, questions and queries they never knew or wanted to respond, were also those who believe they are haciedo opposition and who are officers in many other districts, also from them I have received consistently demonstrated hostility and trying to escape from one of the most stunning things we have at hand if you want to build in earnest: the dialogue.
