In the City of Santa Rosa, La Pampa Province, on the 2nd day of December 2006, meeting the Young Lawyers Committee of the Argentina Federation of Bar Associations on the occasion of taking out the " V th Annual Plenary of the Committee of Young Lawyers of the FA. II- OPENING PLENARY: At 10:30 it starts the V Annual Plenary of the Committee on Young Lawyers FACA through the word of the President of the Bar of the Pampa, Dr. Irene Giusti and the President of the National Youth Commission Counsel Shanker, Dr. Christian Galvan. -
According to the schedule of the whole, we proceed to make the presentations by the following speakers:
Module I: "Labor Law Issues," by Drs. Alberto J. MAZA and Jorge O. Cannon, President and House Maid of Civil Appeals, Commercial, Education and Mining of the First Judicial District of the Province of La Pampa, respectively.
Module II: "Joint Task Justice Lawyers and Judges", by Dr. Jesus Daniel LOS ARCOS Vidal, President of the Oral Criminal Court of Santa Rosa La Pampa, accompanied by Dr. James Finn (Universidad Austral, body of Auditors of the Judiciary of the Nation), "Issues of legal language and interpretation" .-

and resumed activity at 16 hours. - Presents the work and respective proposals on "Ethics of Lawyer", by Drs. Elgersma Moronta and Gustavo Santiago Arballo (Colegio de Abogados de La Pampa), Dr. Karin Barnasthpol and Mariana Lopez Sereno (Bar of the City of Cordoba) and Dr. Rodrigo Martín (Bar of the City of Marcos Juárez); after subsequent plenary debate, resolved:
In the city of Santa Rosa, La Pampa Province, on the occasion of the celebration of V Plenary of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Argentina Federation of Bar Association having heard the submissions in relation to the topic "Ethics of the Lawyer", by Drs. Elgersma Moronta and Gustavo Santiago Arballo (Colegio de Abogados de La Pampa), Dr. Karin Barnasthpol and Mariana Lopez Sereno (Bar of the City of Cordoba) and Dr. Rodrigo Martín (Bar of the City of Marcos Juárez); after subsequent plenary debate, resolved:
1. Ratify the need to prioritize the Codes of Ethics and meet compliance.
2. Do not confuse ethics as a guiding principle of professional conduct guidelines desirable criteria of morality.
3. Promote the dissemination and publicity of proceedings, so that the system is transparent and visible to the community.
4. Ethics rules that respond to deliberate consensus and the protection of common values.
5. Disseminate and teach the rules of ethics both in the academia, as in the Schools, through the implementation of courses and seminars on this topic.
6. Take extra precautions to substantiate the disciplinary proceedings in accordance with constitutional guarantees, both in its ritual and substantive terms, with special attention to achieve a more refined typicality of appropriate ethical conduct for the proper professional practice.
7. Addressing a procedure for the collection and systematization of the pronouncements of the Courts of Ethics, thus establishing as guide to solve future cases, and include them in editions of the regulatory bodies.
8. Consider designation of an advisory jurisdiction in the Courts of Ethics, so that these decisions provide guidance and case law to feel doubtful cases or common occurrence.
9. Establish as the incorporation of unethical lawyers in Legal Studies are receiving remuneration for below the minimum wage or hiring non-regular situations.
10. Spreading the ethical standards not only the area of \u200b\u200btuition, but also to the general population, with the understanding that this serves to better awareness of the value and meaning of the legal profession.
